Reward Train Terms of Service v1.9

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are established to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between UmayIT Co., Ltd. ("the Company") and users ("Members") in relation to the use of the Reward Train service ("the Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)
  1. Service refers to all functions related to Reward Train that allow Members to engage in various activities such as viewing advertisements, attendance check-ins, completing missions, and playing games to accumulate and redeem mileage points through the mobile app or website.
  2. Member means a person who agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process as determined by the Company to use the Service.
  3. Mileage refers to virtual points that Members can earn and use through the Service, with value and usage conditions determined by the Company's operational policies.
  4. Referral Code refers to a unique invitation code provided by an existing Member to a new Member, which may only be entered once during registration.
  5. Affiliate Code refers to a code used for identifying group or corporate partnerships, which may be entered only once during registration and cannot be modified thereafter.
  6. eCPM (Effective Cost Per Mille) refers to the advertising revenue rate per thousand impressions by country, used as the basis for calculating the mileage accumulation rate.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
  1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary and will announce any amendments at least seven (7) days before their effective date.
  3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use and withdraw their membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
  1. Membership is established when the user agrees to these Terms and completes the registration procedure prescribed by the Company.
  2. Registration methods are as follows:
    1. Social Login: Registration through Google or Apple accounts, requiring confirmation/input of the following items:
      • Nickname (must be unique)
      • Referral Code (optional, may be entered once)
      • Affiliate Code (optional, may be entered once)
      • Agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (mandatory)
      • Confirmation of being 14 years of age or older (mandatory)
    2. Standard Registration: Registration by verifying an email address or mobile phone number, requiring input of:
      • ID and password
      • Nickname (must be unique)
      • Email and verified mobile phone number
      • Agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (mandatory)
      • Confirmation of being 14 years of age or older (mandatory)
  3. The Company may reject or cancel registration if information is found to be false or involves identity theft.
  4. Membership by individuals under 14 years of age is not permitted, and the Member shall be fully responsible for any false declaration of age.
  5. The Company may request additional identity verification through telecommunications carriers or certification agencies when necessary.
Article 5 (Management of Member Information)
  1. Members shall create their own ID, password, and nickname, and duplicate registrations with identical information are not allowed.
  2. Nicknames must be unique, and inappropriate expressions may be restricted by Company policy.
  3. Referral Codes and Affiliate Codes may be entered only once during registration and cannot be modified thereafter.
  4. Members may not transfer or lend their account information to others, and all liability arising therefrom shall rest with the Member.
  5. The Company may require password changes or re-authentication for security purposes.
Article 6 (Login and Account Management)
  1. Members may log in through one of the following methods:
    1. ID and password
    2. Verified email address or mobile number
    3. Google or Apple social login
  2. Email or mobile login is only available to users who have completed authentication.
  3. Automatic login is maintained for up to 30 days unless the Member logs out manually.
  4. Automatic login will be disabled upon device changes, password modification, or abnormal IP access detection.
  5. Duplicate account creation using the same email or mobile number is prohibited. If a social login uses an existing email, the account will be linked automatically.
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
  1. Members may withdraw from the Service at any time through the \"Account Deletion\" feature.
  2. A grace period of seven (7) days is provided after withdrawal, after which all data will be permanently deleted.
  3. The Company may suspend or terminate membership in the following cases:
    1. Submission of false information or identity theft
    2. Manipulation or fraudulent use of advertisements
    3. Violation of applicable laws or these Terms
  4. If a Member is confirmed to be a minor without parental consent, the account may be deleted or restricted.
Article 8 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
  1. The Company provides Members with various participation features, including ad viewing, attendance, games, and referrals.
  2. The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features as deemed necessary for service operation.
  3. All or part of the free services may be changed or discontinued for operational or policy reasons.
Article 9 (Mileage Accumulation and Use)
  1. Mileage granted for watching advertisements is automatically adjusted based on the advertisement type and unit price by country.
  2. The value of mileage is calculated based on USD (U.S. Dollars) and may vary depending on the user's country of access and the policies of advertisement providers.
  3. The Company may adjust the conditions and limits for mileage distribution, considering advertisement rates, event policies, and operational circumstances.
  4. The Company may apply a probabilistic reward system to mileage distribution. The detailed probability information is disclosed in the Operational Policy or within in-app notices.
  5. Mileage can be exchanged for coupons, digital points, or other designated rewards according to the Company's exchange policy, but it cannot be directly converted into cash.
  6. Any mileage obtained through fraudulent or abnormal activities may be revoked or rendered invalid by the Company.
Article 10 (Advertising Viewing and Reward Policy)
  1. The Company generates revenue through ad exposure and participation within the Service, and the form and frequency of ad display may vary according to Company policy.
  2. Members understand and agree that ad viewing and participation constitute the core operational structure of Reward Train.
  3. Mileage granted for viewing ads is automatically adjusted based on the ad type and eCPM of each country.
  4. The Company may adjust reward levels according to ad providers' circumstances or policy changes.
  5. If fraudulent viewing, auto-play, or other abnormal behavior is detected, the Company may invalidate such activity and restrict the account.
Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Use)

The Company may restrict or suspend Service use if a Member disrupts Service operation or engages in fraudulent activities.

Article 12 (Liability and Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for Service interruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, system failures, or changes in advertising provider policies.

The Company is not responsible for damages arising from the Member's own fault.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms shall be governed primarily by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

If a Member resides outside Korea, the consumer protection laws of their country may take precedence.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office.

Article 14 (Effective Date)

These Terms shall take effect on June 3, 2024.

However, the Company may designate a separate effective date upon announcing any amendments.
